Tour and Scope

Our walk thru will include a detailed assessment of your home and your unique needs such as renovation preferences, budget constraints and timing to sell. Within 48 hours a detailed scope of work is provided noting materials, cost, and timeline.

Promptly Get Started

While our project manager will handle the day to day needs of your improvements. We at List Ready Renovation remain very involved and on call during the progress of the work. Ensuring timelines are being met, addressing any change orders, and affirming you are satisfied with the quality and the progress of the renovations.

Listing Ready

And just like that, your home refresh and updates are completed, with your satisfaction being very important to us. We typically coincide the completion of improvements to match your timeline for selling. Get packed – you’re moving!

Listing For Sale

Our real estate specialist will work closely with you on making final preparations for your home’s listing. Pictures and 3D tours will be arranged, professional materials printed, and your home listing being advertised on the MLS and all major real estate websites. Congratulations!
