How It Works:

  1. Schedule a consultation with List Ready Concierge to review your client’s needs.
  2. We’ll conduct an in person tour with you and your seller to review the scope of renovation preferences and budget. Within 72 hours a renovation plan is presented to you and your seller outlining scope of work.
  3. Renovation contract and disclosures are executed with seller (owner) and List Ready Renovation. 
  4. Promptly start renovations.
  5. Updates completed and you will be Ready to List.

How Does List Ready Concierge Differ from The Services of List Ready Renovation?

List Ready Renovation is designed to work with real estate agents partnered with List Ready Renovation. With LRR retaining additional direction over home improvements, final sales price and timeline for sale. 

List Ready Concierge is designed for agents who already have a seller relationship or seller listing agreement in place.  With you in the driver’s seat guiding your seller on their home sale:

  • We do not interfere in your compensation agreement with your seller. 
  • We do not place restrictions on final list price or timeline to sell home.
  • We do bear the up-front costs of the improvements with payment due upon sale of home.

Our goal is for List Ready Concierge to help as many real estate agents and sellers as possible. The program is intentionally flexible; we’ve developed it to be used on a variety of projects for their convenience.  And with the primary goal of having the home List Ready in 30 days or less. Extensive home remodel and foundation issues are not in our normal scope of work.

We manage our phone and email 7 days a week. Fred Nau, Managing Partner, is the primary point of contact and is the liaison between agent, seller and the project manager. We never ghost you and we are committed to 100% satisfaction.

The contract for improvements and updates is between the Seller (Owner) and List Ready Renovation. Payment is due upon sale of home. There are no other fees to List Ready Renovation.

No, our licensed and vetted contractors have years of experience in this niche of real estate. They adhere to our timeline and cost agreements, with the goal of getting your sellers Listing Ready in 30 days or less. 

In the event that the home does not sell, or the Listing Agreement is terminated for any reason (including the property going off market), the seller is responsible for paying the List Ready Renovation with 15 days.

No. The renovation and improvements are a separate contract between the Seller (Owner) and List Ready Renovation.  Agent compensation is not restricted by this contract.

Depending on number of projects in our pipeline; size and scope of renovations, dollar amount of improvements, type or location of property, seller timeline for sale and/or unrealistic list price: List Ready Renovation reserves the right to request payment upon completion of improvements versus payment upon home sale. This may include a 25% deposit at commencement of work with remainder balance due upon completion.
