Meet Kathy
While Kathy’s alma mater is Indiana Central University, she’s been a top producing mortgage consultant in Colorado for 30 years. Recognized in the Denver Post, Fortune Magazine, and National Mortgage Professional; these honors demonstrate Kathy’s commitment to guiding her clients with integrity and service.
She recognizes that financing a home is complex in today’s lending environment; and choosing a mortgage expert, someone you can really trust, is critical to completing your home purchase goals. Offering all financing loan programs and specifically well versed in the Buy Before Sell programs – she has a financing solution for nearly every buyer!
Besides her adventures with scuba diving and rock rappelling; she nervously has a skydive jump on her to-do list. Kathy makes time to volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and is a self-proclaimed reading nerd – scouring three newspapers a day and reading 2-3 books a month.
