Juan Carlos began his home improvement career as an intern with a large national renovation company where he honed and sharpened his carpentry skills.  This experience has proven valuable as he transitioned to his own business, A & J Renovations, providing the same home improvement services.  He maintains a focus on quality of work with an emphasis on deferred maintenance.

Taking a house that has needed significant repairs and transforming it to a fully functional, modern, and attractive home for a family to thrive within brings joy to Juan Carlos and his team.  Dedicated with a tailored approach, he takes pride in his work and provides personalized service to his customers.

In his free time, Juan Carlos enjoys many outdoor activities with his family; busy with a 7-year-old daughter and two young sons.  And he makes time to cheer on his favorite sports teams.
